Order processing

Most orders ship in 1-3 business days.
Once the item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your shipment progress.

After the shipment leaves our hands, its in the hands of the shipper. You will need to contact them if anything happens. Feel free to let us know if you have a problem and we will try our best to help you out. You can email hello@theurbside.com if any problems arise.

Shipping Carrier

Our default shipping method is USPS First Class Mail. Also available during check out USPS Priority Mail and UPS.
